12 volumes of  EAC Japanese rare books on the “Tale of Genji” were exhibited at the Art Gallery of New South Wales as part of the exhibition “GENJI – The World of the Shining Prince” from 12 December 2008 to 15 February 2009.

EAC has received 11 boxes of Japanese art catalogues from the Japan National Art Center, Tokyo in March 2009. They are the FY Heisei 20 JAC Project catalogues.  All art catalogues have been added to the library’s online catalogue.  An author search in the library catalogue using “JAC project” will find all the titles held in the library.

As part of the Korean Film Council’s Hub-library support program for Korean film studies, the library continues to receive new DVDs and new publications from the Korean Film Council.
